Alberta Phase 2 Relaunch

https://www.alberta.ca/coronavirus-info-for-albertans.aspx

With Alberta moving on to Phase 2 of the relaunch we wanted to provide a quick update regarding our Roller Hockey season. We’re in contact with the City however, they just heard the news yesterday at the same time as everyone else about moving forward. They’ll be discussing their plans likely over the next while in order to decide how to proceed.

In the meantime, RHL will be putting together a return to play plan in order to be ready if/when the arenas do open.

We’re not back to play yet but we’re hopeful and will keep everyone posted as we know more.

COVID-19 Update

To Our Roller Hockey Lethbridge Community,

With the recent city closure of all recreation facilities we wanted to provide and update on our plans for Covid-19.  These include monitoring the issue closely and following the guidance of health officials and the City of Lethbridge Recreation and Culture department with respect to recreation facilities.  Roller Hockey Lethbridge is prepared to push through these challenges with you, with transparency, responsiveness and the safety of all members at the forefront of every decision we make. We are committed to making informed and considerate decisions and our hope is to see everyone healthy and happy at the rinks this spring and summer.  This includes the possibility of either delaying or cancelling the season. Given we are still over one month away (tentative start is April 28) we will reassess that need in the next couple of weeks.

For now please continue to register for the upcoming season so we have a clear picture on who to directly connect with for updates.
